2.) Yoga

There are certain types of yoga that you can do that will be a core-strengthening workout for you. Seek out the poses and routines that incorporate your core muscles and go from there! Do your yoga outdoors to get some much-needed vitamin D and fresh air.

3.) Engage in Deep Breathing

Engaging in deep breathing exercises, and even laughing often, actually engages your core more than you think. It's a great way to cross off the mind, body, and spirit boxes!
